Unworn pieces with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Embroidered, pearl, and limited pieces are final sale unless faulty.
Start a return from your account. A prepaid label is issued for eligible items. Refunds return to the original method within five business days of the piece arriving at the atelier.
